What I Eat As An Intuitive Eater #6

Happy Wednesday! Is it just me, or is this year flying by? I can’t believe it’s almost the end of February already! Despite how fast it seems to be going by, I hope you are having a great year so far! Over here it’s been really busy, but I definitely can’t complain! For me, 2020 is a year of building good habits and so far… so good!

As for today, I’m back with another What I Eat In A Day post! As always, I hope you get some new meal ideas that you can incorporate into your week! Let’s jump into what I ate!

This post has a couple of links to foods that I ate, just in case you are interested in trying them. I purchased all of the foods that I ate on this day with my own money. This post is not sponsored at all, but if you make a purchase through my link, I may receive a small commission from Amazon.

Morning coffee:

I had my coffee right away after I had some lemon water. In my coffee, I put homemade creamer and agave.

Breakfast:

For breakfast, I had scrambled eggs with bell peppers, cheese, and chicken sausage. On the side, I had an English muffin and avocado.

With my breakfast, I had 2 scoops of collagen mixed in water. As I’ve mentioned before, I take collagen to help with issues that I have with my knees.

Lunch:

For lunch, I had a bagged salad with cheese that I mixed in. I added avocado and chicken nuggets. This was a really filling meal. This was such a filling meal that I couldn’t even finish all of it.

Afternoon Coffee:

After lunch I needed a little pick me up. I had another cup of coffee. The coffee was made the same way as earlier.

Snack:

For a snack, I had an apple with almond butter. If you’ve never tried this combo, you really should. It’s so good!

Dinner:

Lately, Patrick and I have been in “eating out of the freezer mode.” I pulled some kale and turkey orzo out of the freezer and defrosted it. I added spinach to the bottom of the bowl. To make this leftover meal more interesting, I sauteed some shrimp and added them to the top.

Dessert:

I was leaving the house, but I wanted something sweet. I packed up some Bark Thins in a sandwich bag. I ended up eating about half of this bag.

This is everything that I ate on this day. It was a delicious day of eating and I will definitely be putting some of these meals on repeat, especially that lunch. Are you excited about trying any of these meals? If so, leave me a comment and let me know which one.

That’s all I have for now! Have a great rest of your week!

XO,

Timmeisha
