Happy Wednesday! I wanted to write another What I Eat In A Day post because y’all seem to really like them, which makes me happy! I really do enjoy writing and sharing this type of content on the blog, so as long as y’all are liking them… I’ll keep on sharing. Let’s jump into what I ate on this day!
What I Eat In A Day #5
In my morning coffee, I had agave and homemade creamer. This is my favorite way to have my coffee! I look forward to it every morning.
I was going to have a really busy morning so I premade my breakfast the night before. I had an egg scramble with bell peppers and cheese. I also had some air fryer potatoes and chicken sausage tossed in maple syrup. On the side, I ended up having a little ketchup to dip my potatoes in.
After I finished my premade breakfast I was still hungry so I had an apple with some almond butter.
For lunch, I ate a salad with chicken bites. The salad was a premixed blend of red cabbage, green cabbage, napa cabbage, cauliflower, kale, sesame chips, wonton strips, corn, and edamame. I added swiss cheese and tossed the salad in avocado dressing. I had a piece of naan bread on the side. This lunch was so good!
That lunch kept me full for a long time. Quite a few hours later, I decided that I wanted some Bark Thins. They were so good!

I did not end up eating dinner. I did not get hungry for dinner. I am assuming it’s because I ate so much during the day.
